With nShift products being critical within our customers end-to-end solutions, it is imperative that they function correctly and that any issues that could affect production are resolved quickly and effectively, in a clear and professional manner. To succeed in this role you need to be tech-savvy, have an inherent service-oriented mindset, as well as strong communications skills.
