Pierce is Europe's largest and fastest growing motorcycle-focused online retailer and pioneers in the industry. We are now looking for a Head of Campaign Sales to join our ride. Pierce is expanding rapidly in all our segments; Offroad/Motocross (MX), Onroad/Motorcycles (MC) and Snowmobiles. Our ambition is to grow faster than what the organic shift from offline to online retail is occurring to further strengthen our leading position for all three brands (24MX, XLMOTO and Sledstore).
One key competitive advantage is that we can offer our customers great products at a great price in our Sales Campaigns. The Campaigns range from big seasonal events like "Black Friday" to daily deals and offerings. We communicate and run the sales campaigns across all of our customer facing channels i.e. Online stores, E-mail and Social Media.
Responsibilities:
As Head of campaign Sales you are responsible to lead a team that coordinates all activities to launch a successful sales campaign. The team is cross border and currently consisting of three campaign sales managers, two in Sweden and one in Poland. You will work regularly with analysis and optimization of campaigns relevant for our customers to drive sales. You will also:

In this role you also be a part of Marketing leadership team as well as extended leadership team together with other managers, this includes participate in quarterly meetings to brainstorm and initiate improvements cross functionally.

2005All started in a garage with two MX enthusiasts who wanted to change the shopping experience for their follow petrolheads.
2009Pierce AB began with the launch of 24MX by 4 employees. Initial focus was on selling parts and equipment to the Motocross world.
2013XLMOTO launched with a special focus on onroad motorcycle equipment. At this point a European wide presence was already built with the focus on bigger markets.
2013SledStore went live with pow passion and endless trails. SledStore is a Mecca for the Nordic snowmobile fanatics.
2016Our own European distribution center, PDC, opened their gates and storage racks to offer our customers an even bigger range, quicker deliveries and excellent service. Over time it's grown to almost 40,000 SQM - the size of six football pitches.
2018Pierce announced the acquisition of MotoBuykers, a Spanish e-commerce motorcycle player, to strengthen its footprint in southern Europe.
2019Pierce opened up for sales outside Europe on our global sites 24mx.com and xlmoto.com
2020Pierce was recognized as one of the three best eCommerce companies in Sweden with the nomination as 'D-Award' finalist.
2020Pierce rolled out a new state-of-the-art ecommerce platform to further strengthen the customer experience
