Our team is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs across the Australia & New Zealand region. The field program will drive brand awareness, generate leads and accelerate pipeline opportunities across the local market, in line with our global marketing organization.
You will be a self-starter who has a track record of developing successful programs that generate leads through campaigns focused on new business and customer marketing. You will build and establish rapport with key internal stakeholders including the client acquisition and client success
teams to directly impact regional revenue. You will also be responsible for managing our vendors across PR, content, events and more.

The APAC Marketing team at Meltwater is a key growth engine for the business. The team focuses on demand generation to drive sales by working closely with regional sales leadership and global cross-functional teams to support Meltwater’s continued growth in the region.
Day to Day
Own the marketing strategy, budget and marketing calendar for ANZ
Work closely with our sales leadership team to understand the region’s challenges and opportunities and develop a suitable marketing program
Develop and execute an integrated marketing program to generate leads, drive revenue and generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities. An integrated marketing program typically includes tradeshows, owned events, webinars, content creation, organic and paid digital, direct mailer campaigns etc.
Create high-performing SEO content to elevate the Meltwater brand by generating social exposure, media coverage, develop content for social media channels and local blog etc
Track demand generation progress against campaign goals and overall business quarterly and annual goals.
Use insights to drive improvement and efficiencies in marketing planning and execution.
Who you are?
2 - 5 years of experience in strategic marketing with a focus on demand generation, event marketing, and content marketing.
Proven track-record of success in partnering with sales to drive revenue
Plan, create, and manage integrated campaigns (email/direct mail/webinars) & hosted events and trade shows
Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools - Marketo experience is preferred
Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
Experience creating data-driven quarterly and yearly plans
Experience in measuring and analysing data and developing recommendations based on analysis
Very collaborative and comfortable working with multiple groups in multiple locations
An excellent communicator both verbal and written communications
An understanding on the dynamics of the Australian media landscape
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
