Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, HR Shared Service Centre, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance and Reward. In the countries, HR and Administration function provides support for the local offices.
We are looking for an
HR Manager Scandinavia
to join our Global HR team.
As a local HR Manager, you are part of the global HR and Administration community. You are a trusted advisor and active member of the regional Country Management Team, developing and implementing the HR business plan seamlessly to deliver agreed objectives and performance measures that will not only support the business but are in line with their growth ambitions.
You are managing the Scandinavian HR & Admin team. Together you are driving local HR initiatives and employee engagement in the countries, in conjunction with the Scandinavian Country Management Team. Ensuring business growth through exceptional delivery of HR and admin solutions and services.
You will participate in or lead local/global operational HR development projects.
Subject matter expert, responsible for local end-to-end employee lifecycle
Effective communication on HR topics in the relevant local countries
Handling of employee relations including engagement and consultation of relevant unions
Support and coach Line Managers in all people-related topics
Accountable for local recruitment
Drive engagement initiatives and activity
HR operations activity, including management of the outsourced payroll process, benefits management and handbooks, policies, etc.
Leading the Scandinavian HR Admin team
Participate in the Regional Management Team
Skills & Requirements
Required skills and experience
Solid HR Management experience including Employee relations
Excellent communicator – fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
Strong team player
Facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrates a growth mindset
This is a full-time position for 37,5 hours per week.
