Responsabilities
You will join our Business Manager team with the following responsibilities:
Prospect : generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Identify and meet potential customers and define their needs
Grow the client portfolio and extend your network everyday
React to customer tenders and bring a high level support to their hiring requests with the help of the HR team.
Report your activity flow with structured presentation (Weekly) in order to constantly adapt your performance to reach the objectives.
Manage your own business unit with a clear view on the profitability (KPI…)
Account Management: generate new leads with existing clients with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
Meet and exceed company's sales targets. Develop target account plans and execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

Result and target oriented for this job
Fluency in English + Dutch or French proficiency
Master degree in Business engineering or Economics or any related field.
Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
Nice presentation, service oriented.
Strong team spirit.
