The Employee Experience & HR team, along with Workforce Transformation, Organization Purpose & Strategy and Program & Change Acceleration, is part of Workforce & Organization (W&O) within Capgemini Invent.
All teams work on projects related to workforce and organizational change in the market. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated change in how and where we work. In addition, the impact that digitalization and technologies such as Automation and AI were already having before COVID-19 is increasing in speed and has profound implications and consequences for the workforce and the nature of work. More and more organizations are recognizing the importance of a streamlined IT landscape and are adapting the way they work accordingly. The new normal, therefore, demands more than ever that leaders understand these implications on roles, skills and talents, and create a culture in which continuous development and adaptation are key and the work experience is optimal.
As a manager, you play an active role in the realization of these projects, both nationally and internationally. Together with the customer, you give shape to an optimal design of the HR function, the HR processes and the corresponding HR-IT solutions. Then you implement this together with the customer. The associated transformation is an important point of attention for sustainable success.

We therefore believe it is important that you fit in well with the team. Within our team, cooperation is key and we are happy to help each other with questions.
