Salesforce Functional CPQ Consultant

Activities of a Functional CPQ Consultant

  • Understanding the objectives and needs of the customer and translate them into requirements.
  • During the whole process, you will remain the point of contact between the client and the implementation team.
  • You start with making up business processes, strategic objectives and KPI's and help identify the value proposition.
  • The focus will be on lead-to-cash processes. More in detail about: opportunity management, pricing strategy, product bundling and billing.
  • At the same time you are involved in analysis, configuration, migration, deployments and training.

The skills we are looking for:

  • A communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Dutch and French on a super good level and professional English.
  • A client orientated mindset with problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of concepts such as Digital, Customer 360, User Experience, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, Analytics, E-commerce, …

  • Certified, and experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ).
