HR Internship

Tiger of Sweden now has an opening for an HR Intern to join the HR team at our HQ in Stockholm. During your internship, you will be offered the opportunity to learn and gain insights within the HR field in close cooperation with the HR Manager. You will work as an administrative partner, and have the possibility to develop both operational and strategic experience as well as knowledge within the full HR scope on an international basis. One of your focus areas will be to develop HR processes and policies for our employees in all our countries of business.
It is an unpaid, full-time, or part-time internship in the context of your studies. We do not accept applications from already graduated students.
Your internship will include but not be limited to:
- Personnel administration including day-to-day tasks as well as developing and establishing best practices for HR documentation, routines, and processes.
- Attend daily meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Tiger of Sweden's Global HR Manager with various tasks and projects within the HR scope.
- Labour law.
- Training and Development.
- Union negotiations.
As we are working with various projects and are considerate of the requirements of the education you are attending there are of course an opportunity to write a thesis or similar assignment as a part of your internship.

Requirements
- Current studies in Human Resource Management or similar relevant field.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 weeks. (LIA or another Internship set up)
- Strong communication skills, English and Swedish, verbally and written.
- The role requires structure and personal responsibility as well as a solution-oriented and can-do attitude.
- A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential materials according to GDPR regulations.

We have the possibility to welcome an intern during the fall of 2022 and spring of 2023. The place of work will be at Tiger of Sweden’s head office in Stockholm. To be able to give the best possible setup we only consider internships that are 10 weeks or longer.
