Social Media & Content Manager

We are looking for a driven Social Media & Content Manager for Sniph, who is passionate about finding new ways to market perfume in a digital and social world. You love everything about social media and will proudly take responsibility over the Sniph content calendar as well as manage Sniph’s SoMe channels. You are excited about playing a big role within the marketing team and work closely with our designer and creative team to bring Sniphs content vision to life.
Role description:

Develop a content strategy with focus on brand reach, follower growth and engagement

Manage the content calendar across multiple platforms
-
Be the creative genius and owner of Sniph’s content production
-
Write inspiring copy for our different social media platforms and audiences
-
Set up and manage key performance and evaluation KPI:s
-
Engage audience to drive awareness, conversation and affinity to the Sniph brand
-
Maintain and grow the Sniph community

Skills & Requirements
We believe that the right person has experience of:

2+ years within social media and content marketing
-
Content production and project management
-
Working with the current key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest)
-
Analyzing and understanding different customer groups
-
Working with metrics and KPI’s
-
Fluent in Swedish and English (Majority of the copywriting is in English)

Fashion/Lifestyle/Perfume experience is of relevance but not a must
-
Creating digital ads is a big plus!
