Service Desk Analyst

Capgemini is hiring a Service Desk Analyst based in Porto!

If you have experience working as a Service Desk, your place is with us!

You will be joining our team and working close with our clients.

What are we looking for?

  • 12th year completed or equivalent;
  • Average knowledge of english for international support contacts;
  • Experience setting up Windows environment (enduser) and mobile devices (Android/IOS);
  • Experience as Service Desk (1st line):
    • Communication with the end user providing a single channel of communication;
    • Supporting the user in problems and doubts reported;
    • Systematization of the information to be passed on to the on-site support teams;
    • Management of problems with the communications operator;
    • Access control system operation;
  • Experience as Field Support (2nd line):
    • Technically intervene with the equipment and users at the customer's premises;
    • Interact with third parties to support interventions;
    • Support the user in the use of IT resources.
