Power Platform Solution Architect

Capgemini Belgium is looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect with a solid Power Platform experience to join the Low-Code Competence Center in the Cloud & Custom Applications Practice.
The focus is to help our customers accelerate, transform, and adopt Low-Code with MS Power Platform to deliver business processes and application development. This role will work with our strategic customers to help them envision, plan and design solutions with Power Platform, as well as lead the effort to build and enhance Capgemini’s competences in Power Platform.
You will focus on driving pre-sales, capability development as well as delivery success. Promoting awareness both within Capgemini and at our customers to educate them about the range of possibilities and opportunities that Power Platform has to offer.
This also includes delivering demos and Proof of Concepts to show the value of the Platform and our capabilities to address customer business challenges. Not only focusing on the technological aspects, you will also recommend and implement the right governance at our customers during Power Platform implementation to ensure both Pro and Citizen Developers can use the Platform and leverage its key benefits and features in a secure and efficient way.
A broad technical knowledge of the Power Platform is a must to provide the detailed solution approach, especially with regards to integration of Power Platform with Azure services, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
Drive the adoption of Power Platform at our strategic customers as a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert.
Build awareness within Capgemini, and further extend the competencies and capabilities to deliver Power Platform engagements at scale.
Create and evangelize technical architecture and best practices, design framework and components for enterprise adoption of Power Platform.
Create demonstrable solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate addressing relevant business process automation scenarios.
Advise the clients on critical operational aspects of Power Platform usage in the enterprise, e.g. governance, compliance, security and usage analytics.
Be a strong team player through cross team collaboration during Presales as well as Delivery ensuring successful implementations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Power Platform delivery (Subject Matter Expert) and Solution Architecture
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences
Proven experience with Presales solutioning, analytical thinking to translate high-level business requirements into an implementable fit-fo- purpose solution
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, presentation, explanation, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
Professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French + Fluent communication in English.
Certification in the following technologies is a big plus:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
PL400 - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
