As an Assistant Accountant in nShift, you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and the Chief Financial Officer to build and manage our Treasury function.

You will be a vital part of our cross European finance team.

Managing cash and liquidity for the group and coordinate country cash requirements.

Contributing to build a high performing finance team across the nShift Group.

Skills & Requirements

  • Degree educated, either partly qualified or at the final phase of obtaining a CCAB recognized accountancy qualification.
  • Excellent command in English is a must.
  • Good excel and IT system competence is required
  • Prior treasury experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in technology industry is a plus as is the knowledge of NetSuite.

  • Assist the various bank transactions in the Group.

  • Prepare 13 week cashflow forecasts & consolidated group cashflow statements.

  • Manage cash and liquidity for the Group and organize cash pooling facility.

  • Manage inter-company funding requirements & ensure loan documents are up to date.

  • Manage the group bank mandates and banking relationship.

  • Rationalize the operating bank accounts of the Group

  • Support new corporate card policy and rationalize corporate card accounts.

  • Participate in process efficiency improvement projects.

  • Ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Managers

  • You are curious, eager to learn, pragmatic, well-organised, proactive, hands-on, a team-worker and able to prioritise and meet multiple deliverables at deadlines.
  • You have excellent problem solving skills, great attention to detail, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
