As a Digital Marketing Manager at Vaimo International, you’ll be owning and managing all local digital marketing activities. You will be working closely with the sales team locally as well as a marketing team globally. You will be tasked with helping the company ensure it continues to thrive by executing a marketing strategy across multiple channels focused on attracting new clients to the business while building brand awareness in the community.
Your duties will include monitoring the success of marketing campaigns, improving data practices, implementing new technology, and managing International Country Unit's marketing data in the company’s CRM. You will also support content creation and a local social media strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Country Manager and Sales Manager to define and implement a digital marketing plan to reach the goals.
Work closely with the local sales team to reach the set sales targets and support sales with digital marketing activities and achieve MQL targets to a level of quality that enables the business to achieve its SQL and win targets
Oversee the creation of client stories with the help of global content writers (and with the support of sales, project managers, and solution architects).
Support global Vaimo content writer with content ideas as well as independently creating content fit for the International market
Oversee local social media accounts & campaigns and ensure it’s on brand and maintains the right tone of voice
Develop and manage a local SEO strategy, paid ads, and possibly a local website
Plan, implement and report on local campaigns in Hubspot, research the impact of in-progress and past marketing campaigns, and use data to improve future campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Managing and enhancing data in the company CRM system, ensuring data quality and data input are being handled correctly, and kept on top of compliance with GDPR and other personal data legislation
Working closely with the sales team, designers, and marketing in other offices to execute digital marketing & content campaigns
Have a proactive approach to learning and stay on top of industry trends and emerging technology
Willing to support the office when required as well as additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by your manager
Driven, self-starter, detail-oriented, and problem solver
Passionate about helping Vaimo thrive through the development and execution of successful data-driven marketing campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and data management
Enjoys teamwork
Feels comfortable working for an international company and collaborating across borders and with external partners
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally a degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
Industry/relevant professional experience in working as a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager in an international company for 2-5 years, ideally in B2B marketing
Good knowledge and experience in eCommerce
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Very good English, nice to have if also German
DACH market experience (nice to have)
