Exciting and career-advancing opportunity for a tech savvy, growth-centric, and solution-focused sales leader to join an expanding great SaaS sales team! Be the leading person on the ground to secure continuous Sales Success with Webshipper, an nShift product.

We’re passionate about making shipping easy, enable ecommerce businesses to scale and improve the entire delivery experience - from clever shipping rates, user-friendly order management, and an automated shipping flow as well as tracking notifications and customs. We are looking for a forward leading Team lead to help us fulfil our vision and mission based out of our office in Silkeborg, Denmark.

  • This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in leading a sales team and being part of a leading company on an exciting growth journey in a fast moving environment

  • Be responsible for and effectively help your team of quota-carrying salespeople, (4 reps) to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting. You lead by example

  • Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations
  • Hire, motivate, coach and provide training to increase productivity, skill sets of your team and ultimately the sales result
  • Provide detailed activity reports, pipeline management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management
  • Cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation and Product Management, Sales Operations etcetera

Skills & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience as a B2B account executive - SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of management experience, leading a team, team lead
  • Performance management experience, leading both in great times and when sales are tougher
  • Ability to build a strong personal relationship with the ability to establish credibility internally as well as externally
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Extensive CRM experience and preferably experienced using sales enablement tools

  • Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their performance. Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue. Developing strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development
