We are looking to recruit a Sales representative who will be responsible for selling the company's products by identifying leads and educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations.
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Substantial experience as a sales representative.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability To learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office.
Have an understanding of CRM systems.
