The Office Manager will be responsible for making sure that the office space here in London is comfortable, fully functioning and suitably reflects our values, delighting visitors and team members alike.
You’ll also be arranging team travel, executive calendars and scheduling meetings. As Rovio is an international company, you’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining great relationships with our offices in Espoo, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden and contacts with our central HR, comms, accounting and IT functions.
While we are more than happy to help diverse candidates make the step up, you will need some mixture of experience, aptitude and passion for service, administration and culture.

Provide general support to visitors and act as a host, receiving phone calls, be the front face for the studio
Personal assistant for executive management (Head of Studio, Management Team, HR)
Responsible for the security and fire safety in the office
Responsible for the office ambience and comfort
Managing all error reports from the office and being contact person towards the landlord or other service functions
Taking care of all office amenities, including coffee, beverages etc.
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mail, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands, office supplies, food, beverages, mobile phones, computers and other equipment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travels with visitors to London and team members going on work trips
Planning and booking conferences, parties and events
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment (including local IT supplier)
Manage office-related expenses budget and run local cost approval process together with central finance function and local accounting partner
On-boarding new employees, including flights, introduction to studio, setting up computers, etc
Helping the team with IT related issues
Any language proficiency in Finnish or Swedish would be great but is not necessary
