Northvolt is looking for its next passionate and excellent individual to join Northvolt’s Amplifier program. You will work directly with Peter Carlsson, Northvolt’s CEO and co-founder as a high-potential Executive Assistant, following him for approximately 2 years. In the role, you will have close interaction with Northvolt’s Management team in driving their agenda and supporting their annual cycle. You will be responsible for his daily administration (calendar, travel, and meeting support), assist with investor relations, and be involved in many different projects across the organization. This is truly an opportunity to gain unique insight into how to run an agile and fast-paced company at the forefront of an evolving industry.

As an applicant, you should have a meriting academic background (BSc or MSc), preferably within business or engineering. You are either newly graduated or with 1-2 years of working experience. What you will do

· Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Management Team to set agendas, track key actions, prepare presentations and plan delegatory work.

· Responsible for calendar administration, travel and meeting support connected to CEO

· Support with Investor Relations tasks directly related the CEO

· Facilitate with BoD meetings and material preparation

· Undertake own strategic projects based on your teams’ needs as well as your competences and interests

· Gain unique insight on how to run an agile and fast-forward company in an evolving industry

· Get the opportunity to grow into a new role in the organization after around 2 years

What you will not do

• Work as a traditional assistant/secretary

• Only be exposed to admin. and limited to the same role during your entire career at Northvolt – we want to grow our employees!

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

· A MSc, BSc or relevant University degree

· Working experience in a dynamic and agile company is meritorious

· Excellent English and Swedish written and oral skills

· Track record of successful project management achievements and demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative

· Proven experience of exercising good judgment in all tasks

· Great communication skills as you will be in constant interaction with team members, customers and other stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

· Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
