KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for Change Request Management in North America. You will be part of the North America Customer Services organization and the global Change Request Manger community. The Change Request Manager works in partnership with our customers and finds the right consulting resources within Basware’s team to complete the request at the right time. The Change Request Manager role in Basware is focused on expanding and introducing Basware services, guiding and being the trusted advisor to our customers. You will be the contact point for customers regarding change requests and you need to validate, evaluate and assist in scoping the best solution for our customers together with Solution Architects, Consultants and Customer Service Managers. In cooperation with our global teams for support and consulting services, you strive to provide our customers with high quality services.

Skills & Requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a professional who possesses:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing, service-oriented role within an ICT environment
  • A business mindset with customer satisfaction in focus
  • Structured and analytical way of working and ability to handle several cases at the same time
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills
  • "Can do" attitude – a lot of it!
  • Self-motivated team player with proactive mindset
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • A technical knowledge Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Software and infrastructure security, integration techniques from flat file to Web services, and software architecture knowledge is considered an advantages
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Planview is an advantage
  • ITIL Foundation and/or MSP Foundation is considered an advantage
  • Understanding of procurement and/or financial business processes and Basware product knowledge is considered as an advantage
