To complete our Site Management team in Londerzeel, we are hiring an entrepreneurial HR Business Partner with change management capabilities

You will act as a trusted partner to the business leaders and employees in Operations. Your target group consists of both blue- and white-collar people (+/- 150 employees) – and more specifically the production & technical team of our production site Londerzeel, corporate quality & engineering, procurement, supply chain & logistics.

In consultation with our HR Director you will implement local & global HR initiatives, collaborate closely with the Payroll HR Admin Coordinator and the Talent Acquisition Specialist and align with our HR Business Partners to share best practices, look for improvements etc.

You will operate as the HR key point of contact regarding :

Talent Acquisition for the blue-collar population

  • Setting up and implementing an adequate recruitment strategy
  • Initiating employer branding initiatives
  • Onboarding of our new colleagues

Driving the Performance and Talent Management processes

HR Advisory and Change Management

  • Provide generalist, strategic and operational HR support to managers, delivered with pace, pragmatism, and commercial thinking
  • Act as an ambassador for the Code of Conduct, Company Values and Guiding Stars for Leadership
  • Roll-out and training of different HR supporting tools – such as MyProtime, Workday,…
  • Running workshops on Lantmännen Unibake’s HR strategy & how this is impacting our employee lifecycle
  • Establishing our Health & Safety policy: following the absence rates, labour accidents etc. initiating preventive actions & measures, adjusting if necessary and supporting our team managers in its roll-out
  • Drive a culture of ownership and work on the engagement level of our employees

Employee Relations

  • Participating in the Works Council & CPPT meetings, take up union issues and participate in CLA negotiations
  • Maintain close relations with blue- and white-collar staff in order to identify and calculate risks and flag or challenge appropriately with HR and Management teams

Skills & Requirements

Your profile

  • In addition to a higher education degree you have:
    • minimum 8 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role
    • ideally in a Production environment
    • experience in social relations and union negotiations
    • knowledge of and experience in culture change projects
  • You have a proficient level of Dutch & English

  • You combine a strategic vision on HR with a hands-on mentality to put processes in place, set-up structure & train/motivate/inspire our work force.
  • A pragmatic, proactive approach and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
