We are searching for a Commercial Project Manager, who can contribute to our continued growth journey. The Commercial Project Manager will be a part of our commercial team and be collaborating with our experts and clients.

Our story (short story)

Conversionista was established in 2010, with the mission to “save humans from digital experiences that suck”. In 2017, Conversionista understood that being an expert wasn’t enough, we needed more leverage to really make a change for our clients. So Conversionista became a part of Curamando. In the same year, both companies, independently of each other, were named Di Gasell in Sweden. Today we are a part of ARC group with more than 900 consultants, where we still get to practice what we started.

We are now looking for a Commercial Project Manager with the right eye for customer relations, team delivery, business acumen and growth skills to join Conversionista.

What you will do

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will manage a number of our clients where you will work with account and project management. Your stakeholders range from specialists to managers, where you will balance your commercial strength with excellent service to drive customer satisfaction.

Your daily agenda is about leading and coordinating, as well as contributing to client assignments, by actively supporting and collaborating with our digital experts. In a structured manner you make sure that you and your team of experts follow the delivery plan as you engage in analysis, tracking, UX, experiments and CRO. Typical tasks relate to:

  • Lead, set up and execute projects.
  • Plans and structures activities and deliverables for projects, incl. reporting and presenting
  • Takes responsibility and delivers on agreed Time, Budget, and Scope.
  • Challenges gathered data.
  • Anticipates and identifies problems and defines options for solutions.
  • Develops and maintains effective client relationships.
  • Takes an active role in sales activities such as (but not limited to) pre-sales analysis, creation of business-cases and participation in sales meetings.
