Lime is now looking for our new CMO - a key role that will lead our growth-oriented marketing efforts in Europe.
Who is our new CMO?
You have an exceptional business mindset and see it as a matter, of course, that sales and marketing work together closely to maximize results. Furthermore, you can balance the strategic marketing perspective with operational project management of critical projects in the marketing department. You will have the overall responsibility to build our international marketing team who truly contribute to our revenue. You are goal-oriented and have a great understanding of what it takes to generate demand and support the sales process through B2B marketing.
You are an experienced and action-oriented leader. What you bring to the table are strategic ideas and concrete suggestions on how we can become even better in our marketing efforts, to set both the long term and short term strategy. Through engaging leadership, you also ensure that these ideas are followed through. Quite simply, you take ownership for getting things done and us reaching our goals.
Who will you be working with?
Lime is a fast-growing SaaS company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and Germany. We have always carried out our work in a professional, yet easy-going manner and we believe that this description also fits you. With a strong and dedicated marketing team, most of them based at our headquarters in Lund. In the near future we will have locally based talents on site, which you will lead strategically and operationally.
The marketing team works under the same umbrella as the sales team and we are involved in all aspects of marketing, including Employer branding and product. Together with the sales team generate leads and do amazing product marketing.
What do you need to know?
We expect you to:
Have experience from the software industry.
University degree within marketing
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as CMO and building international B2B brands
Be an experienced leader, preferably from an international team.
Feel fully confident with the digital costumer experience transformation and be comfortable with digital lead generation from SEO, SEM and demand generation
Preferably have experience within growth marketing
Have strong knowledge about marketing’s contribution to the sales process, increased revenue, and ARR
Ability to create structures and processes that bring clarity and efficiency
Desire to take ownership for the strategic marketing agenda and the development of the team, while also being operative in marketing
Experience in purchasing and following up on delivery from external marketing partners
Ability to communicate comfortably in English and Swedish
