As Head of Talent Operations you partake in creating strategies in line with the company’s vision, values and goals for managing and improving on all aspects of the employee life cycle as well as the overall people development culture. You ensure not only a proficient, professional and healthy but also creative, curious and brave workforce. Under your leadership employees will grow to become mature, secure, self-going and self-fulfilling individuals at the company.
Leading the Talent Ops Team, you will ensure the successful implementation of strategies as well as ensuring efficient policies and processes in order to manage the team’s day-to-day activities. As the Head of Talent Operations you will also be responsible for the talent management and development of senior staff.
Head of Talent Ops responsibilities:
Partake in creating both short and long term talent management and people development strategies to reach business goals.
Responsible for successful implementation of strategies , ensuring alignment with company vision, values and goals as well as clear communication of them.
Accountable for compliance with labour laws and regulations as well as company policies
Responsible for Talent Ops team leadership, management and development.
Talent Manager (Pirate Manager) Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining individual development plans based on company goals, appraisals and personal career aspirations.
Responsible for appraisals, promotions and salary adjustments in line with individual development plans and company policy.
Responsible for crewing in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsible for establishing mentorship relationships in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsible for school relationships and internship programs.
Initiate training programs, lectures, inspirational talks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with Resourcing and HR coordinators.
Responsible for Hiring Administration.
Responsible for managing/escalating issues and concerns in line with local law and ILP values and policies.
Experience as manager of a team of 10+ with personnel responsibilities
Proven experience from the VFX, gaming, technology or media/entertainment sector.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
A University degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, organizational psychology, or business management/administration is preferred
This position is based in Stockholm but London or Hamburg locations are ok if you are willing to travel regularly
