We expect you to have experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions in a customer-facing role. As Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant you have the skills to successfully design and implement maintainable requirements and contribute to long-term customer success. You are a key member of our Delivery organization in Sweden. Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you’ll perform work in support of our clients, and you’ll ensure with your Sales Cloud expertise the successful delivery of end-to-end Sales Automation and CRM solutions. You successfully design and implement maintainable and scalable Sales Cloud solutions that meet customer business requirements and contribute to long-term customer success. But whatever the project, you’ll indulge your passion for Salesforce and Sales Cloud and your love for exploring ideas. Work with our clients to understand their Sales Automation strategy, requirements, and intended functionality
Provide technical consultation and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud Tool Set and custom solutions
Apply product knowledge in the Salesforce ecosystem.
You’ll have an eye for detail and can quickly produce high-quality presentations and design documents
You’ll be confident working both on your own and as part of a wider team of Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultants and architects to deliver both out-of-the-box and custom designs that align both with the client business needs and the architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud
You’ll at times demonstrate the Sales Cloud technical capabilities and the art of the possible to team members and the client, and therefore we will help to develop your professional communication, presentation, and design thinking capabilities
Who are we looking for?
You who can work on end-user or client projects implementing Sales Cloud from beginning to end
Experience with the full project lifecycle of Sales Cloud Implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop within Salesforce Sales Cloud data management, scripting languages, and ideally with integrations and APIs – preferably SOAP and REST-based APIs
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines
Solid understanding of Internet Technologies and Cloud computing
Ability to design and implement successful solutions, anticipate and mitigate risk, meet and manage customer expectations, increase customer confidence, consistently deliver effective business solutions, and much more.
Preferably hold the Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, and evidence of progressing for further certification or Trailhead Super badges
