Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Digital Content Developer to join our growing team in Skellefteå.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.

The Digital Content Developer will be responsible for creating world class digital content to support the development of a next generation industrial training program. You will be a member of the training team working side by side with our manufacturing teams to translate complex processes, machines, and ideas into 21st century content that anyone could understand.

No matter whether you have a background in education, a background in video and animation production, or something else entirely, your main skill is the ability to take complex ideas and translate them into simple, clear concepts, then roll up your sleeves and build incredible digital content to convey that message.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating world class digital training content that could include videos, 2D Animations, 3D Animations, and more.
  • Owning all aspects of scripting, shooting, and editing video content for Internal training videos.
  • Working closely with instructional designer and utilizing different authoring tools to create engaging and learner-centric digital courses.
  • Ensuring that the content doesn't just look great but drives the business forward by building measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with video production, 2D Animation, or Graphic Design skills
  • Proficiency with content suites like Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar) and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • 3D Animation skills
    Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
