Role & Responsibilities

Drive Cloud Strategy & Transformation client engagements:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT infrastructure and develop tailored cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps.
  • Build a business case to assess the opportunity for a company to hybridize its IT, move to multi-cloud, or even become datacenterless.
  • Design and implement cloud migration plans, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in cloud platform selection, architecture design, and deployment best practices.
  • Advise on cloud security, compliance, and governance, ensuring clients' adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement cloud-native solutions, leveraging serverless, containers, and microservices architectures.
  • Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, including monitoring and automation.

Contribute to Business Development:

  • Actively identify potential Cloud opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft winning proposals that showcase Capgemini Invent's capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose targeted solutions.

Network and Knowledge Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, technology partners, and clients.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences, staying at the forefront of IT trends and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and content creation initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices with the team.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in cloud consulting, with a focus on cloud adoption, migration, and architecture design.
    • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or related credentials.
    • Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).
    • Knowledge and experience in cloud migration methodologies (e.g., lift and shift, cloud-native development).
    • A strong interest in emerging Cloud technologies (e.g., serverless computing, containerization).
    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or others.
    • Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.

    Preferred Skills

    • You are stimulated by topics such as Cloud, GenAI, IT Sustainability, IoT, etc.
    • You have a strong consulting mindset / experience
    • You are at ease with writing proposals and developing clients' pitches
    • You are experienced in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Transportation, Energy & Utilities
    • You are a proactive, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • You are fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
    • Your have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • You have top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
