Northvolt is looking for experienced maintenance technicians. In joining us you will play an important to maintain and support Northvolt Labs. You will aid Northvolt and our customers in the transformation to a carbon free society. When old technology is phased out and overtaken by electrification in the coming years, batteries are going to become the differentiating factor.
As a part of the maintenance team you will be a part of establishing maintenance routines and learn from equipment suppliers as well as the commissioning teams in order to become an expert within the factory. Your role will be part of the development and implementation of TPM, with a first focus on implementing Autonomous Maintenance.
Autonomous maintenance (AM) is defined as a maintenance strategy where machine operators continuously monitor their equipment, make adjustments and perform minor maintenance tasks on their machines.
The tasks for this person is the following:
Developer a plan for implementation of AM in a production, perform workshops together with production, maintenance engineers to establish AM, create checklists and train the operators in the execution, perform audits.
Furthermore you will work closely with Maintenance Engineers and Lean Engineers to analyse OEE losses that could have been avoided by autonomous maintenance or machine competence on the operator.
Evaluate the AM in all machines and see the effectiveness.
Together with the Maintenance Engineers look in to tasks that are performed by central Maintenance department and create a plan to move non complex tasks to AM
Skills:
Lean, Maintenance technician, TPM but most important a person that can and are motivated to develop the skills for operators.
