As a COO you will work in a broad role with managing and analyzing portfolio companies in Poland, do evaluations and oversee the daily operations etc. We are looking for a COO to keep us growing and help our portfolio companies with their needs and find good ways for them to grow from a long-term perspective.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Develop business plans and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives – developed jointly together with portfolio companies’ management
Analyze existing and potential portfolio companies and their business – perform risk assessments, financial analysis, peer reviews and contribute with business know-how
Evaluate performance and trends by analyzing and interpreting data, metrics and KPI:s – create and share insights to the portfolio companies and group
Identify and support development of talent in the portfolio companies’ organizations – support the portfolio companies in attracting and retaining talent
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
