We at Sambla Group are looking for our next Junior HRBP Finland! As a Junior HRBP at Sambla Group you will be working towards our Finnish brands handling different tasks within the HR - and office management area. This will amongst other tasks involve recruitment when necessary, implementation of global HR initiatives made at HQ-level and administration. Further, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Contract management

• Labor law

• Onboarding and Offboarding

• Office Management/simpler it-related tasks

• Employee check-ins

• Event planning

• Some traveling to the Sales Operations-office in Turku

Are you our new Jr HRBP? We believe that you have a minimum two years of experience in a role where you have been proactive and handling many different things going on at the same time. We also see recruitment as a required experience.

In this position you'll get the opportunity to ensure a high level of a responsible, creative and ambitious driven approach to make sure that the HR presence at our Finnish brand is taken to the next level and be a big part of building the company culture.

Must have:

• Fluent in Finnish and English

• 2 + years of working experience

• Experience in recruitment

• High School diploma

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Swedish

• Experience of HR-related administrative tasks

• Human Resources education

• Labor Law

• Experience in implementing global HR-initiatives on a local level
