Head of IT

Job Description

As a house of experts, helping our clients to become the benchmark within their own industries, we aim to set the highest standards on our internal services and operations to help and support our employees, clients and partners. We are therefore establishing a new role within the group as Head of IT.

IT is at the heart of almost everything we do that makes this new role key to our future success. The role will be overall responsible for everything IT-related from systems to computers and other IT equipments. Leading a growing team of two (plus consultants from time to time), responsible for service delivery, support and infrastructure. A role that will make sure that the IT function works as close and as proactively as possible towards our group functions and companies within the group to ensure the best service possible.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and further develop the group IT team responsible for support and service delivery

• Evaluate, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

• Further develop a customer-oriented approach to IT service management and delivery

• Overall responsible for IT based project across the group, act as technical project manager

• Overall responsible for vendor management

We think you have

• Previous management experience, at least as a team lead

• Excellent project management skills and a track record of driving several projects in parallel

• Previous experience from IT service delivery / support and infrastructure environments

• A hands-on approach together with an ability to set a strategic road map and keep an overall perspective on things

• A can-do and service-minded attitude
