Cargo Office Associate

As Cargo Office Associate, you will be working with the central warehouse team in receiving and coordinating the shipments or packages coming to the Northvolt Ett site. You will furthermore interact with many of our colleagues at Northvolt Ett including all contractors on site. You will ensure proactive safe operations and work with continuous improvements of safety and 5S.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving the shipments deliveries
  • Contacting the receiver to pick up the received goods
  • Keep track on the current packages at the cargo office
  • Work with the central warehouse team in safely storing the goods till the pickup
  • Completion and reporting of all the tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor
  • Building up a structure and contact list
  • Setting up structure for delivery companies to pickup and delivery of goods
  • Efficiently managing the space at the cargo receiving office – ensuring 5S
  • Available for overtime and/or shift working if needed

Skills & Requirements

  • Three years gymnasium education or similar
  • Driving license (B)
  • Forklift license (A, B) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (Speaking and Writing)
  • Good computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment’s (Printer, scanners etc.)
