We are looking for a driven team leader for our internal response team to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our
passionate HSE team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing the internal response team/Internal fire brigade and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
The job includes leading a small team of firefighters in their daily work and ensure fire safety throughout the site. You will be working with preventive as well as operational fire safety on a daily basis under the HSE flag
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work and coordinate together with the maintenance team to ensure that fire safety related anomalies are closed out.
- Serve as guides, aids and resources to the fire department and other municipal services (rescue services, (RS)) upon request.
- Collect information about special risks in the affected area and relay the information to the RS.

Assist and serve as first aid responders (I Väntan På Ambulans) as well as serve as transporters to the emergency room when needed.

Work and coordinate together with the maintenance team to ensure that fire safety related anomalies are closed out.

We believe that you have:
<pre>* Basic firefighter training (GRIB 1/2 or SMO)
* Experience from process industry
* C-class driving licence
* Experience in first aid response and CPR
* Experienced in working with systematic fire protection (SBA)
* Previous leadership experience
* High computer literacy
