Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, solution sales-oriented, and experienced Presales professional and Manager , whose role is to lead and guide the local presales consultants in the Nordic region, as well as to support developing of the presales function to the next level.

The Presales Manager may be located anywhere within the Nordics and will report to the VP, Presales.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the local Nordic presales team
  • Coach, develop, and mature the level of the team
  • Partner with Country Managers to ensure proper support and guidance for sales opportunities and processes
  • Provide support for qualification and strategy of sales opportunities
  • Manage all HR processes for team members
  • Assess and organize continuous training for the local presales team
  • Follow up on utilization and balance workload amongst the team
  • Recruit, hire and retain presales consultants, including the onboarding process
Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to manage in a matrix and virtual environment
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team
  • Operational command of the business and experience in presales
  • Highly results-driven and strong sales and customer focus
  • Polished communication/presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent conceptual skills, with an ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to form strong working relationships with customers, prospects and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; consistently demonstrates the drive to meet and exceed commitments, both internal and external
  • 3-5 years of supervision, coaching and mentoring experience of direct reports

Procure to Pay, Procurement, AP or Finance experience is an advantage.
