We are looking for a skilled, solution sales-oriented, and experienced Presales professional and Manager , whose role is to lead and guide the local presales consultants in the Nordic region, as well as to support developing of the presales function to the next level.
The Presales Manager may be located anywhere within the Nordics and will report to the VP, Presales.
Provide leadership to the local Nordic presales team
Coach, develop, and mature the level of the team
Partner with Country Managers to ensure proper support and guidance for sales opportunities and processes
Provide support for qualification and strategy of sales opportunities
Manage all HR processes for team members
Assess and organize continuous training for the local presales team
Follow up on utilization and balance workload amongst the team
Recruit, hire and retain presales consultants, including the onboarding process
Skills & Requirements

3-5 years of supervision, coaching and mentoring experience of direct reports
Procure to Pay, Procurement, AP or Finance experience is an advantage.
