What you can expect

• Setting-up a framework based on experience and Capgemini’s methodology

• Building the migration path, providing conversion rules specifications and defining the reconciliation strategy & reports

• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project documentation

• Supporting in the project scope definition and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Delivering process maps and business requirements to the chosen IT provider

• Tracking and reporting project risks, milestones, client and partners inputs

• Coordinating the development team on designed solutions

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with a solid understanding of the Private Banking IT system (at least 2 years of working experience in Wealth Management)

• Technical knowledge and experience:

  • For Business Analyst in CRM , strong knowledge of private banking processes ( onboarding, static data management, CRM/CLM, KYC, client visit, cross-border rules, Finma, Data Protection, and related compliance topics ) and experience with CRM solutions such as Finantix and WDX
  • For Digital Business Analyst , experience in projects implementing an emBanking solution for private banks
  • For Business Analyst in Core Banking Systems , good knowledge of solutions such as Avaloq, Temenos T24 and/or Olympic and experience in projects implementing one of these packages
  • Ability to understand business priorities, analyze features / defects and proactively propose solutions to business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative personality, ability to frame complex concepts into easy-to-understand information to stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and French or German
