We are seeking a talented Senior SAP FICO Consultant with the drive to excel and become a Team Lead. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the team and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP FICO projects. As a subject matter expert, you will maintain client relationships and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team, monitor deliverable quality, and ensure compliance with service commitments
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the customer, addressing queries and changes within the domain scope
• Implement preventive and corrective actions to guarantee successful delivery
• Validate key deliverables and ensure the delivered solution meets requirements
• Play an active role in management reporting and establish progress through action plans
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance based on agreed mission orders

Key Skills and Expertise:

• Analytical abilities to document system interface requirements and integrate with third-party systems
• Blueprint writing and functional specification development based on business input
• Experience with LSMW and data migration
• Ability to understand client expectations, anticipate needs, and propose innovative solutions
• SAP certification in FICO / S4Hana / central finance and SAP FCSM (Financial Supply Chain Management is a plus (can be obtained with us)

Team Lead Expertise:

• Strong project management and management skills
• Good knowledge of effective change management processes
• Understanding of business processes and cross-integration areas
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for complex custom functionalities and module integration

Soft Skills:

• Excellent client handling and communication skills
• Proficient in Dutch or French, with strong English language abilities
