Defining and delivering IT solutions

  • Collects the requirements, external clients in defining the functional specifications for the bad and the proposed information systems and transforms them into technical specifications.
  • Participates in the evaluation and implementation of complex projects and is responsible (a) for providing the technical solution for the systems under his / her responsibility based on business requirements and aligned with the architectural requirements at the organizational level; evaluates the impact of implementation in current IT systems, thinks and implements appropriate technical solutions.
  • Produces technical documentation for selection processes: Request for Quotation, Request for Information, Request for Quotation, Matrix of Evaluation Criteria, Integration Plans, Documentation for knowledge transfer, Internal evaluation documentation, etc.
  • Validates the purpose, objectives, detailed technical solution and estimation of the effort related to the technical solution provided by the internal or external development teams for the IT systems under his / her responsibility.
  • Provides project managers and management teams with recommendations and solutions in the role of IT system expert on how to implement and carry out projects on systems in the field.
  • Ensures that the overall solution for IT systems under his / her responsibility is aligned with the objectives and long-term architectural plans of external clients' IT systems and that all discrepancies between these objectives and the detailed solution provided by the development teams are addressed and resolved. suitably.
  • Is actively involved in defining the detailed solution, develops / configures the computer programs under his / her responsibility.
  • Providing support for other vendors / developers during the development phase in order to provide an appropriate technical solution.
  • Ensuring the testing of the teams in order to prepare the testing phases in order to reach the quality criteria of the delivered IT products.
  • Ensures a proper transfer of knowledge by creating and maintaining documentation specific to the project phases, by organizing and holding deliveries / deliverables sessions to other teams involved in development processes
  • Ensuring the role of technical coordinator in complex projects / programs. Plan and organize activities to achieve the terms and objectives of the project / program.
  • Validates and approves the solutions provided by the analysts system
  • Proposes actions to reduce / eliminate high risks in projects.

_ Platform support_

  • Ensures the support and transfer of knowledge throughout the life cycle of the information system, investigates, clarifies and offers solutions to technical problems.
  • Ensures adequate knowledge transfer for the support and maintenance team during the trial period and after production.
  • Constantly monitors the performance and loading of the systems and offers support in defining the development strategy for the IT systems of the external clients managed within the field.
  • Initiates and conducts regular meetings with the operational team to identify areas for improving the processes and performance of information systems.

  • University diploma in IT or technical field.
  • Ability to understand complex technical information.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one database management system (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Solid foundation in development processes, best practices and design models.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization, demonstrating facilitator skills.
  • 2 or 3 years experience working in complex organizations and delivery of large / transformational projects.
  • Recommends new technologies in projects in accordance with the development strategy
  • Analytical skills, planning and technical project coordinator.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
