Mentimeter is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a vital role in making sure we have the right people on board at the right time. You will recruit a variety of roles and seniority levels within sales and more.

  • Work closely with our hiring teams; enabling them to act proactively and deliver on our specific recruitment needs

  • Partner with stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Hiring Teams)

  • Take ownership of the recruitment process for each candidate, from the first contact and through the interview stages, ensure all candidates get feedback and an extraordinary candidate experience

  • Contact candidates (both headhunt and contact people who applied) and ensure they fall in love with the role and the opportunity to join Mentimeter

  • Represent our core values and culture when in contact with candidates

  • Hands-on recruitment tasks including:

    • Publish and market job ads

    • Screen candidates

    • Conduct introduction interviews

    • Coordinate and book interviews for hiring teams

  • Driving change, educate and train

  • Build awareness for Mentimeter and the hiring teams as a workplace through different channels and partnerships.

  • Build relationships and recruitment pipelines for senior and management roles.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working with recruitment; either as a recruiter or as a part of a hiring team.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment; preferably you've been part of a scale-up growth journey and scaling from < 200 to 400+ employees.

  • You can demonstrate a history of recruiting for different kinds of positions and roles.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role and excellent written and verbal communication skills - in this role you will be interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates on a daily basis.

  • You have knowledge and passion for inclusion, equality and diversity.

  • You can demonstrate project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • You possess the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, working closely with leaders regularly.

  • Fluent in English. You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, everyday work is in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 40 different nationalities!)

You will be part of our growing Talent Acquisition team, that is a part of our People and culture team when you start, will consist of around 15 members. You will work closely with, and report to, our TA Business Partner and TA director. The location of the position is our Stockholm HQ.

Right now, due to updates in Swedish migration law, it is hard for us to hire employees from outside EU in a way that makes it safe and risk free for you to relocate to Sweden and get a prolonged work permit. We make decisions case-by-case.
