As the IT Agile Coach you will be working with 3 globally distributed IT teams to help create processes to increase collaboration across a global organization.
Working with the ITPMO and Solutions delivery team, to drive value through the practical application of hybrid working methodologies. Enhancing and improving throughput and productivity to fully realise the potential in the teams. Embracing and implementing new structures, processes, and ways of working you will coach, lead, and mentor individuals and teams.

Your Responsibilities

Assess health of team throughout the process and coach towards high-performance

Focus on the quality of delivery

Work with the teams to increase tempo and cadence of delivery driving maximum value through:

Facilitation - helping the team get to the best outcomes

Challenging the status quo when needed
-
Identification, escalation, and removal of impediments
-
Education and mentoring of individuals and teams

Communication and collaboration within teams and across departments
-
Aid teams to embrace more iterative processes to drive technical throughput

Work with PMs to develop appropriate delivery methodologies
Skills & Requirements
-
Experience with devops transformations
-
Deep understanding of Agile Frameworks
-
Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, waterfall etc.)

Practical experience of implementing new methodologies into existing teams

Knowledge of various Agile Software Development approaches and techniques (CI/CD, DevOps, TDD)
-
Facilitation techniques (divergence/convergence, group decision making, and problem solving techniques)
-
Coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitation of individuals and teams
-
Analytical and critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to problems
