Scrum Master, Espoo, Finland

Are you an experienced Scrum master who is interested in working with a Fintech product? Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Scrum master to Espoo, Finland.

Epassi is a multi-wallet mobile payment solution that consists of several employee benefits and payment streams. Our goal is to provide the best tech solutions for benefits and wellness for our customers. It would be great if you had experience in at least three of these areas:

  • Leadership and systems understanding: Modern management is based on a completely different way of thinking than what companies are used to. That is why we also value the ability to coach management teams into modern management.
  • Product: We want to support the Product Team in unveiling the product that would then bring value to the company. We do it by inspecting the existing techniques and by introducing new concepts of Product Management.
  • People: We expect you to have people-oriented coaching skills, such as active listening, acceptance of emotions, consideration of needs, and literacy in social situations.
  • Structures: We value the ability to analyze and develop a vision of long-term organizational structure change to be more agile.
  • Processes : Understanding agile models and frameworks and the interactions between their components is important.
  • Teamwork: Software development requires collaboration, so getting teams up and running is one of our key skills. As Scrum Master, you know how to help start a team and develop team operations.
  • Technical practices: The ability to make agile changes requires modern practices from the team and architecture. We understand the importance of these, and we want to be able to help the team review their practices and develop them.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills
  • Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with distributed teams
  • Knowledge and experience with different scaled agile framework
