Above that, in order to create profitable and successful group of operations Eniro has both divested and acquired companies during the last years. Future expansion and value creation will come from both organic growth and acquisitions. Therefore, the company is looking for a competent and self-motivated individual who can take on the responsibility to develop a professional, business-oriented and world class HR function. The CHRO is also expected to contribute significantly to other areas, covering both strategic and operational issues.

As CHRO you are a key member of the Management Team and reports to the CEO. You will be leading and developing the HR Function, payroll and Office Management in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will be developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The scope for this role is wide and you must be able to manage a range from providing strategic guidance and leadership by HR programs and plans in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance development, leadership and competence development to compensation and benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Function as a strategic business advisor in organizational assessment to revise business strategies into actions that deliver results and improve organizational capability.

  • Partner with business leaders to agree the purpose, scope and level of HR delivery.

  • Establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.

  • Build organizational effectiveness and inhouse capability to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.

  • Develop a high impact employment brand to influence company culture and attract top candidates as well as retain key players.

  • Set and implement appropriate leadership and career development programs where initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated teams.

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

  • Develop and manage internal communications regarding HR-related programs and change initiatives, organization development and employment-related news.

  • Lead all people experience programs in areas such as performance management, compensation, benefits, diversity and inclusion.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset.

Kvalifikationer

Education and Experience:

  • BSc / MSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources.

  • A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.

  • Experience working as a strategic advisor to executive management members.

Required Skills and knowledge:

  • Skilled people manager with extensive leadership experience who is self-aware, committed and inclusive.

  • Skilled in change agility and ability to implement cultural change in the organization.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical skills that include the understanding of how to collect critical data, identify key themes and trends and translate them into recommendations.

  • Able to problem solve and demonstrate strategic and operational skills that impact quality, execution, and deliver continuous improvement.

  • Experience of developing the people experience journey to enhance the employee’s abilities and the business outcomes.

  • Experience in developing internal communications plans to support organizational change and transformation.

  • Knowledge of applicable legislations, employment-related laws, regulations and govern policies and practices.

  • Knowledge about the use of data analytics supporting organizational effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of implementing HR standards, procedures and processes.

  • Oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English.
