Product Owner - Delivery Services Toolkit

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our Enterprise Solutions team to lead the development of multiple solutions and tools to be used by our Delivery Services team. Consisting of over 300 analysts located in 10 delivery centers around the world, Delivery Services produce hundreds of newsletters and reports for Meltwater's highest value customers.
As Product Owner you will be responsible for the development of new tools to help these analysts manage their workflow, produce high quality deliverables more efficiently, and ultimately deliver deeper insights for Meltwater’s most valuable customers.
You will be responsible for these solutions and you will have a direct impact on product direction, positioning, and delivery of customer value. RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with our Delivery Services teams to understand and document critical processes and requirements and prioritize the best opportunities for new solutions

Maintain up-to-date roadmaps tailored to defined stakeholder groups

Partner with engineering managers, development teams, and UX to prioritize, plan, design, and deliver software that delights our users

Help the development team realize the value of their work and appreciate how their deliverables impact the business

Model innovative techniques that may migrate into core Meltwater products

Define, track, and interpret key metrics and drive activities that ensure successful adoption and delivery of productivity gains
This is a remote first work opportunity with a distributed engineering team (in India and UK) and stakeholders located in delivery centers around the globe.
Skills & Requirements
Required

Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skills and create an effective strategy

Proven track record of delivering technical solutions for large-scale business problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at varying levels of technical detail with all levels and types of internal stakeholders
Desired

Experience with Meltwater products and services

Experience in building products for marketing, social media, or related industries

Experience of professional services organizations

Experience with agile scrum methodologies
