We at Sambla Group are looking for our next Business Intelligence Developer! As a Business Intelligence Developer you need to be able to navigate through new possibilities and challenges, and understand the importance of data driven insights. You will make sure we leverage knowledge, tools and data into disruptive insights put in the hands of our decision makers.

Description of the role:

As a Business Intelligence Developer you will join a highly skilled data team of 7 people. You will report to the Head of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence and work closely with all of Sambla Groups different departments and stakeholders. The main focus of the position as Business Intelligence Developer will be to develop and maintain our BI-reporting to different stakeholders through PowerBI, as well as to perform analyses and transform data using SQL. You will also collaborate with different departments generating insights from e.g. advertisement and branding data, customer journey and creditor data.

Working as a Business Intelligence Developer requires the person to be structured, responsible and communicative in their way of working on their own as well as with the rest of the organization. This is an organization on a growth journey, which means that being flexible and analytical will of course be to your advantage.

Must have experience as Business Intelligence Developer

  • At least 3 years of education in a relevant field

  • Working experience with BI-development and business analyses

  • Advanced knowledge in SQL

  • Working experience in using BI-and analytics tools, especially development in PowerBI

  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing analytics such as attribution modeling, customer segmentation etc.

  • Some experience in software using e.g. Python, R, Git

  • Knowledge and experience in advanced statistics and mathematics

  • Experience in other BI- and analytics tools such as Qlik/Tableau/Looker
