Would you like to be the one responsible for, and ultimately drive and own, the User Acquisition strategy for not only one, but two, gaming studios?
As a Performance Marketing Manager here with us you won’t only be working with Noid, but also our sister studio Toca Boca. Both studios are part of Spinmaster Digital. You’ll be the one to build the Performance Marketing function and set a team in place to deliver against strategy and goals.
Working with both studios gives you the opportunity to work on a variety of games and brands, ranging from big and established or brand new, to legacy ones. All with target audiences ranging from kids to adults.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll set the User Acquisition- and App Store Optimization strategy for both Toca Boca and Noid. You’ll work closely with the various production teams at both studios, and of course, the marketing team.
You’ll collaborate with our marketing team and in-house creative hub consisting of marketing specialists, animators and designers. You’ll brief them on assets and copy needed to deliver on performance marketing campaign objectives. You'll set KPIs and evaluate performance against them, reporting results and sharing recommendations with key stakeholders.
You'll stay on top of industry trends and updates, identifying new platform opportunities and optimizing campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Skills & Requirements
Is this you?
You are an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who knows a lot about user acquisition with a focus on mobile. This means you have experience managing budgets, know how to set great strategies and manage the set up, and execution of, assets for Apple search ads, Google UAC campaigns, and other UA platforms.
You have a genuine interest in working with kids as the target audience and you have an understanding for what it means to be COPPA and GDPR compliant.
You’re a great communicator who is fluent in English. You know how to write great creative briefs and set messaging strategies. You communicate well with stakeholders and have a talent for presenting reports on user acquisition and paid marketing activities in an easy-to-understand way
You’re data driven and have experience using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Firebase, AppAnnie, and MMPs like Adjust.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English.
