We are looking for the Dean of the Greenhouse Battery Expert Accelerator Program.

Greenhouse Academy is a unique and in-house formula to build the next generation of battery experts. You will work closely with our experienced practitioners and provide professional and academic instruction in a manner that brings distinction to the targeted business unit. About the job
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You will be among the first members of a very prestigious group, leading the way within speed knowledge transfer in the battery field, working closely with subject matter experts, identifying training needs and methodologies, creating engaging learning activities and compelling courses to enhance retention, secure upskilling in our core area and enable Northvolt's mission of making the world’s greenest battery.
You will report directly to Northvolt's executive management team, with the primary task of developing and executing the secret formula to scale-up battery core competencies in a hyper-growing industry.

About the team
The Lead & Learn team is ambitious, driven, and creative! The majority of the group is based in Stockholm and this role will be placed in Västerås at our R&D facilities, Northvolt Labs, and have close collaboration with the local organization.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily managerial tasks, people development and responsible for working environment for professor of the practices
  • Leading strategy for Greenhouse academy and aligning with Northvolt strategy
  • Leading the work to continuously develop pedagogical methodologies within Greenhouse academy and be up to date with the latest research
  • Leading the work for assuring the quality of deliverables within Greenhouse academy
  • Together with other stakeholders within Northvolt coordinate collaborations with external suppliers, i.e. universities, external education suppliers
  • Work closely together with stakeholders within Northvolt regarding the organizational needs
  • Develop a business model to provide external education
  • Work actively with external funding
  • Support University relations with input to university education.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • 5+ years of experience in distrupte industries through learning
  • Passione for learning and teaching
  • Excellent English is written and oral skills
  • Track record of successful Learning Organization achievements
