The Account Manager is responsible for addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. Account manager at Adtraction usually works with multiple middle-size and/or few large accounts. It is the main point of contact for many advertisers, provides customer service and is involved in upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
Daily tasks & job duties
Identify and search for new, prospecting advertisers
Offer Adtraction solutions, adapt and customize recommendations quickly to suit varying customers needs
Actively work to build and expand Adtraction’s customer base
Convert business opportunities to contracts (including negotiation and contract management)
Maintain and develop relationship with advertisers
Manage, analyze, evaluate and optimize partner programs
Maximize performance of managed accounts
Operate as the point of contact for assigned advertisers
Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high sales seasons (ex. Black Friday)
Recruitment of partners to specific programs
Responsibilities

Cooperate with other departments to enhance cross-country advertisers and partners acquisition
