As a Business Analyst in Sambla Group’s Product team you will help transform the way we understand our customers through data to improve our products and services. You will be part of, and responsible for, presenting actionable business recommendations based on your findings and support in structuring KPI frameworks and measurable objectives within the product team.

We believe that someone with experience from product focused analytics or advanced analytics will thrive in this position. Working as a Business Analyst at Sambla Group means working with many different stakeholders, which is why communication skills and an aptitude for expectation management is highly sought after. In your last couple of years SQL and Python/R have been part of your everyday work life.

Moreover, these are some other experiences we believe you should have as a Business Analyst:

  • A degree in engineering/economics/statistics or another similar field

  • Fluency in English

  • Meritorious:

    • Experience working in Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery

    • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI)

    • Product analytics and product development

    • Working experience from the fintech industry

    • Fluency in Swedish

Working as a Business Analyst requires the person to be structured, responsible and communicative in their way of working on their own as well as with the rest of the organization.
