WithSecure North America is looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious team! We help partners to improve their Cyber Security offering and to make the online world safer. We advise customers on how to protect themselves against adversaries, malware and phishing.

As a Solutions Architect, you will have ownership of the projects and lead the technical discussions when it comes to solution deployment projects and customer pilot projects. You will have a direct contribution to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products and/or services to customers.

  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

  • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs while providing detailed and constructive feedback to WithSecure product management.

  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded software.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 4-5 years experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity

  • Comprehensive knowledge of anti-virus systems and IT security in general

  • Knowledge of the MITRE Attack Framework

  • Administration experience for the Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • Teamwork ability

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers

  • Good English written and oral skills, Spanish is an advantage

Bonus points

  • Security+, Cissp, CEH certifications

  • Experience with Salesforce integration partnerships
