About the position:

Sambla Group is currently looking for an Office Manager for our Stockholm office. As an Office Manager, you will be a well-known face and key person for Sambla Group's employees. With a responsibility for the office, both practical and administrative, your biggest focus will be that employees, customers and visitors feel welcome and the office is cared for. At Sambla Group, you will be a part of a high energy culture with committed friends and colleagues, where your days will be a mixture of recurring routines, projects and unexpected situations that require fast paced solutions.

The responsibilities includes, amongst other tasks:

• Welcoming guests

• Running errands

• Manage purchases & deliveries

• Make sure the office looks tidy

• Handle administrative tasks

• Plan and lead projects regarding the office

• Event planning if necessary

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience of service

• Has a higher elementary education

• Has a passion for delivering high class service and sees the importance of details

• Is fluent in Swedish and English

A bit of extra credit goes to you who:

• Is handy

• Has previous experience of systematic work environment management

• Has a drivers license

• Has previous experience from events and restaurant industry

• Can start immediately
