About the role
As a Senior UX designer, you will play a central role in shaping the software on our devices and securing the best user experience for all our customers. In addition, you will improve our existing products and services and explore and develop new ones. Your tasks will range from exploration, early concept work, development of new features, design of the experience between hardware and software, and participation in projects in other areas of the organization.

You are skilled and confident in the subject of UX design - be it the design, process, or role.
You thrive in leading creative processes and including multidisciplinary participants in the process.
You enjoy making intuitive and consistent solutions to real problems.
Experience with personnel responsibility and leading others to succeed
As a person, we hope you:
Are proactive, self-going, and take responsibility where needed.
You have the ability to lead others in a team.
Have good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and oral.
Are sociable and like hanging out with your colleagues.
