Group Function HR at Lantmännen is going through an exciting change, and we are now looking for an Experienced Total Reward Specialist to contribute to our global organization. If you have an academic degree in combination with several years’ experience from reward and/or compensation & benefits and want to continue to develop within the area this might be the perfect opening for you.

This is what you will do

As a senior Total Reward Specialist at Lantmännen you will be part of our Group Total Reward Team and participate in the development and implementation of new and existing Reward strategies, programs, and principles. In the position you will perform compensation analysis, prepare job evaluation and formulate offers as well as contribute on the development of our global job architecture. Furthermore, you will be taking lead in two of our global processes, the Group Short-term and Long-term incentive programs, driving the coordination of activities and stakeholder management. In addition, you will be our process lead of pension and insurances.

Lantmännen HR is on an exciting journey to continue developing our people tools and processes in our newly implemented People platform Workday. As a Total Reward Specialist you will contribute to this within the Reward area. We offer you an exciting role in an international group, where you can bring your experience and have great opportunity to develop Lantmännens Reward and HR topics.

The position is located at our head office on Kungsholmen, Stockholm and you report to the Head of Total Reward.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience of working tactically and operationally within the Reward / Compensation & Benefits areas. Its meritorious if you have experience from working both as a consultant and as a Reward/C&B Specialist in an international company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Behavioural Sciences, Economy or Law.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Swedish and English.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a bonus.

You are:

  • Analytical and problem solving with the ability to quickly grasp complexity and can take a holistic view whilst also having attention to detail. You break down and analyse information efficiently and suggest realistic and practical solutions.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within a complex organization. You adjust your communication and delivery to various audiences, always with a positive attitude.
  • Organized with a high commitment to quality and driving results while managing multiple, and at times, competing priorities.
  • Persistent and deliver consistently according to agreed goals and expectations with a pragmatic approach to challenges.
  • Maintaining a calm, controlled and positive manner when under pressure and remain focused on the larger task.
