Job Description

Our sales team is looking for someone special. A seasoned expert on digital solutions and services, and understands the value of team effort when it comes to complex sales. Someone who gets a kick from creating value for our customers all the way from creating strategic digital initiatives to keeping their current solutions up to par. In other words, someone who knows the tricks of the trade in digital solution selling.

But first a bit about us: Qvik is a consulting company 100% owned and run by Qvikies. Our vision is to develop the most successful digital services in the consumer space. We do this through our insight, advisory, design and development units. We have left our mark on the finance, travel, media, healthcare, telecom and logistics industries, among others and we are on a constant search for conquering new industries especially in the consumer-facing space.

About the position

Our 10+ sales & marketing team ensures that our customers are aware of everything the modern tech world has to offer for their digital services, now and in the future. We want to create an impact within the digital landscape with our customers by creating value on their customers' digital journey - and you are the core player in making that happen! Your focus would be on building relationships, creating strategies for attaining new big target customers, building project offers and of course, closing deals. Another important part of the role is to develop & grow existing customer relationships, making sure our existing customers, such as Posti, VR and Säästöpankki are satisfied with our deliverables.

In practice, your days are filled with market analysis and insight gathering, business consulting and sales activities, such as contacting and meeting clients, building offers with the help of our tech & design advisors and responding to RFPs. Our team is active in hosting and attending events and webinars, both digitally and live. You’ll also be working closely with our consultants, making sure that the set account targets will be achieved together and the client relationship can be developed further in the right direction.

About you

We seek someone who knows how to build long-lasting customer relationships with large organisations and finds the right solutions for them in the complex digital landscape.

With a few years of experience in solution sales and account management, you will quickly get to grips with our accounts, putting your listening and negotiation skills into action. We hope that you have an understanding of different business models and industries, and that you recognize their different needs and how our offering could resonate with them. We’ve just enriched our offering with new insight and advisory services, which will help you open the doors to the customers’ strategic tables. As our customers are operating locally and on a global scale, you need both Finnish and English in your daily work. We’re looking for a sales pro who knows how to pitch but more importantly to listen as well. You’ll be an integral part of Qvik's growth with the sales team, and have the freedom to develop and take the role further.

If you also have experience in and a passion for marketing or customer-centric digital services and the design domain, we’ll be blown away.

Our offer

The salary level in this position will be somewhere between 5000-6500 €/month + bonus and you will have a possibility to become a shareholder of Qvik.
